Great sites, we were there in November so not many people but we met the host, some volunteers and the ranger, they were all very friendly and helpful, this was our first RV trip!

Wow. What a beautiful view. The trails were nice and the camping site was clean. The bathrooms were warm and the water in the showers were hot. Kudos for a great stay. Thank you

We were worried about the 6 pm check-in since it's dark during the winter at that time. We arrived around 2:30 and were able to get checked in and set up, which was great. Park staff was very friendly and helpful and the park itself is beautiful. We stayed in site #66 and it is very close to the restrooms and showers and dumpster. Sunsets over the lake were great and we would definitely come here again. If you'll be burning campfire wood, bring it with you. There are plenty of places locally that sell it.

The recreation.gov page didn't list that the campsites do not have individual water hookups. I didn't have my fresh water holding tank ready to fill so had to leave the facility after I drove out there. I tried to cancel my reservation on the app but the button wouldn't work everytime I tried to click it. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
