I was on site 8 on A loop for the second time this summer and the women’s shower stalls are clogged up and that makes for an unpleasant experience, the middle one is so bad, the water backed up to my ankles and that is unsanitary. Please have someone take care of the shower drains. Other than that, our stay was great!!

Wish we'd had an RV vs. just a tent. It was extremely hot and humid but the trip was good.

Thievery is everywhere and just because one is on vacation doesn't mean that the thieves are too. Campers should be reminded that they should realize that very fact. My brother in law had an $800.00 back pack style blower stolen from underneath his camper one night during a thunder storm. Also, dog lovers should be reminded to carry a doggy bag with them as they walk their dogs. Its a nasty mess otherwise.
The lake was beautiful, the camp sites were nice, and most of the people were enchanting. We'll be back to this site for sure.

Very friendly person greeted us and said goodbye when we left. We are newbie campers and she explained everything clearly. Campground was generally clean. I think I mistakenly booked an RV site for our tent camping but it worked out great as my son could fish right at our site. The lake was a bit cloudy in the shallow beach area from all the kids playing but it was still refreshing if you swam/walked out a bit further. The bathrooms weren’t pristine but they were great for campground bathrooms. And having a shower before bed on a humid hot day was fantastic. Very few mosquitoes but the flies were starting to get annoying when we were trying to eat outside. Overall I would recommend.
