Site #9 is rated for a longer camper, but is on an incline that is awful. We never got the camper level and had trouble even getting the fifth wheel released. Camp host was unhelpful. Park Ranger tried to help and admitted it was the worst site in the campground. Campground itself was beautiful.

Really beautiful location, quite with great views of nature! The camp site was clean and had everything you need. The kids really enjoyed the beach swimming area with the adjacent playground! Highly recommend this place!

Stayed for 4 days while exploring Hot Springs-site 24. Very well maintained campground, friendly camp host, very clean bath house. Popular with families but still quiet. Many sites have lakeside access to park your boat. Swim area was clean and large. Even had a strong enough signal to zoom call with family back home. Pack in what you need- limited local services like groceries (16 miles into Hot Springs so not horrible if you forget something). Be sure to explore the Lake Ouachita overlook- about an 8 mile drive to the scenic overlook!

Such an amazing campground, amazing views, great neighbors, can’t find anything negative to say about it…great distance from Hot Springs National Park (such a cool little town too)

Be careful on your site pick, if you can. Most sites are NOT big rig/RV friendly. Many sites have leaning trees/over hanging limbs and very unlevel. The campground is quiet and not too far from Hot Springs and orientated for families, which is good.

Booked campsite 72 after we arrived and found it available that night. It was very shady & quiet and close to the water. Would recommend.

Long time crystal spring camper, first time in site A5, worst site I have been in, very un level side to side 12+ inches between driver and passenger side in the area one would normally park camper.

They need to keep up the maintenance around the campsite better. Spray the weeds and cut the grass more often.
