We always enjoy our stays at Merrisach. I grew up in the area so it is home to me! It would be great if they would improve more of the sites and upgrade the electricity to 50 AMP in Section A.

Park is clean. Fishing is great. Crowd is generally older but several families were there this weekend. You’ll see a lot of wildlife here.

Beautiful, clean park. Don't forget anything, it's quite a drive to the nearest store. Bring bug spray! We've already booked our next trip.

I love this campground. Peaceful and away from everything. Just wish they would redo more of the spots. Area D is the only one that has been remodeled. Love seeing wildlife, alligators and barges on the canal. If only they had sewer at each site it would be great. Just remember if you camp you are 30 miles from food and gas!

The whole campground give you a nice piece of nature but the A area, in the which we stayed is very underrated but it put us right on the lake which made the experience that much better in that area!

Campsites in D section were great for our 40 ft. motorhome. The lake was nice to view but we did not fish.
