What Guests Are Saying
Old Highway 25 is a highly praised campsite with beautiful lake views, clean facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a favorite for family camping trips. Many guests enjoyed the spacious and well-maintained sites, especially in sections E and G, and appreciated the friendly staff and recreational opportunities. Some concerns were raised regarding water access and maintenance, but overall, the positive experiences and scenic environment lead to a strong recommendation for future visits.

Beautiful. Loved the picnic areas, our spot didn't have railings like all the others I saw. G16 needs railings.

We've camped at Old Hwy 25 area G several times and we love the beauty of the area. There are water faucets scattered throughout the area. We have been told that we can just put a splitter on the faucet so that more than one camper can have access to it. We have done this and have never had any problem with it. However, on our last visit, the park ranger came to our campsite and told us we had to remove our hose and the splitter from the faucet after filling our onboard water tank. After talking to Devlin Ridenour's office staff in Little Rock, the situation was alleviated and we were told as long as we leave an available open splitter on the faucet , it would be permitted to continue using it as we had before. As long as this remains the rule, we will continue to enjoy coming at area G.
