What Guests Are Saying
Old Highway 25 is a highly praised campsite with beautiful lake views, clean facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a favorite for family camping trips. Many guests enjoyed the spacious and well-maintained sites, especially in sections E and G, and appreciated the friendly staff and recreational opportunities. Some concerns were raised regarding water access and maintenance, but overall, the positive experiences and scenic environment lead to a strong recommendation for future visits.

the stay was great as always. the rangers need to enforce the park rules about parking and using the water service. also you need a drop box for the hang tags when you leave early in the morning before the office opens

Wonderful place to camp. Camped there many times in the past. Bathroom and showers were not cleaned daily like they used to be. The men’s restroom was out of toilet paper twice during the week we were there. Dead bugs every where, you could tell no one was cleaning them.

Stay was quiet and enjoyable, however would be better if the site was equipped with water.

Wide, paved site, right on the lake. Can't beat it!

We stayed in E loop (E5), loved every bit of it. I was worried with it being Labor Day Weekend that it would be party central but everyone on our loop was nice and quiet, we could hear the party over in B loop but it didn’t take away from the awesome view of the lake and great campsite.
E5 does have a little hill you back down but our 25 foot trailer fit well on the flat portion- a trailer any bigger may have some issues leveling out.
