What Guests Are Saying
Old Highway 25 is a highly praised campsite with beautiful lake views, clean facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a favorite for family camping trips. Many guests enjoyed the spacious and well-maintained sites, especially in sections E and G, and appreciated the friendly staff and recreational opportunities. Some concerns were raised regarding water access and maintenance, but overall, the positive experiences and scenic environment lead to a strong recommendation for future visits.

Probably the best location in G site to have! Easy slope to walk down to the lake straight behind the site with a trial to follow and perfect fishing a swimming at your back door. The rocks literally make stairs to climb back up onto the cliffs edge. Water drop of his great for kids jumping off the highest edge and also easy access for those that just want to easy into the and swim.

Live camping there, but not having water at the campsite is a problem. Besides that, it’s a very nice, friendly and clean park!

Most sites are long enough and flat enough to accommodate our monsterous Rv and it is much appreciated. The grounds are well kept and the restroom near our F-2 site was clean throughout our stay. Enjoyed the discount for being a National Parks Pass holder. And the boat launch within walking distance was exceptionally convenient.

Would have been great if there had been anyone in the guard shack to answer questions and/or complaints. In the 4 days we were there, the only time we saw any one in there was when I was leaving.

Great campground right on the lake. Bathhouse is nice and big with hot showers. A couple of boat launches to choose from. We had one 40 yards from our site.

My favorite campsite in the whole place. It has beautiful views, perfect trees for hammocks, and privacy from your neighbors.
