The ranger and camp host were very nice and let me park my boat next to my motorhome which is nice when you have expensive things. The only draw back was spots are small and the trees scratched my motorhome because they were low. I would definitely go back but just try and find a bigger spot

My Truck broke down due to a faulty fuel filter so we never made it camping. Unfortunate I could not get a refund or credit for a future day :(

Great views. Lots of wildlife wandering the area especially deer and turkey. Bathrooms were good but we got an army of people coming to the bathroom from the other end of the park. I'm not a fan of the reservation only system. It would be nice to have trails down to the water from more camp sites. Lots of dead grass in the park which needs removed to avoid a safety hazard.

Sites are spaced well apart and showers last long for just a few quarters. We had some curious deer visit at night as well. Also, gotta love the name of this place ; )

The bathrooms/showers were not working at all. The signs said they had no water or electricity, so all we had was port-a-potties. Plus there was an abundance of very tall weeds everywhere. The campground is i dire need of weed abatement.

The scenery is beautiful, especially at night when you can see many stars. Campsites 55 and 56 are located very close to the restroom, where you can also take showers. It's very convenient.
