After checking in, we were told there has been an active mama bear and cub in the campground. Not concerning on its own but we were told by the host that this bear has been opening cars and RVs and there are no bear boxes. Apparently this bear was enough of a concern that they had traps out and were trying to capture and relocate the bears. However, our site was at that back of the campground against the woods and these traps were located in the middle of the campground. I’m not able to predict the behavior of a wild animal so we did not stay.

The campsite is quiet, the pitch we were on was so steep that we couldn't use the kitchen sink which couldn't drain. The bathrooms in the upper part were few and there was always a queue, but they were clean

This campground was excellent. It was very clean, the bathrooms were well taken care of. I don't remember her name but the lady running the site was very nice and helpful. The only issue I had was my site had no shade during the hottest part of the day, so definitely bring a pop up canopy.
