Had a great time at bass lake. We also went up to see Yosemite falls it was beautiful must see this year. We went with a lot of family this year we loved it. We even stayed an extra day to enjoy the lake with the little ones.

You have to come early to get a good spot at the lake but the nice thing is that the lake is super close by. Be careful with parking because they have been known to tow. Make friends with the rangers or talk to them to get a heads up. I suggest you also visit Crooks Creek about 30 mins away if you want a slower pace and river experience. Super dog friendly.

Really enjoyed our camp site at Spring Cove #60, great size. Very pretty area, and close walk down to the lake. Bathrooms were really clean, and close by. Easy drive into Yosemite. And be sure to eat at Miller's Landing :)

Had a great time camping at Spring Cove. Very close to the lake. Not too crowded. Only negative, no showers.

Spring Cove has been a favorite for years. The friendly people staying here is always a plus. You got to try to make it out to the falls on the other side of the lake. I’ve been coming here for over 50 years.

I asked for a nice spot with grass for my two dogs. The grass was nothing but weeds that were 2 feet tall surrounding a small campsite. The showers were at least a mile away at a private facility that you had to pay $4 to use. The mosquitoes were awful in the middle of the day. The bear food boxes were on the other side of the weeds facing the road. We had no service, so we left and I called and canceled about 2 hours later as soon as I got service. We slept in a parking lot which was much better.

The camp site was great, and rest rooms were clean. However, many groups brought RVs to the site and running the engine until late. This was against the site rules. The site next to our spot had 4 big tents set up and included a big group of teenagers who were loud until midnight and again at 6 am. This was very unfortunate. It seems people were systematically violating the camp site rules and there was no enforcement. The host of the site was a very nice person though. (We appreciate her hard work).
