Have been camping here for decades. Pretty great campground though some sites are near the highway and the group sites are right behind some sites which can get pretty noisy. Lots of dogs running off leash and the hosts do nothing about it. Have had some nice hosts here though there was a pretty grumpy maintenance guy last time.

Plaskett Creek was Awesome! The camp host was very cordial. The trip up the PCH 1 was breathtaking. Make sure you bring plenty of water for cooking and bathing if you are tent camping. There is an abundance of poison oak so bring a bottle of calamine lotion just in case. Can’t wait to camp there again.

The roads were closed from North and also the website didn’t make it very clear which route is open.
There was no bear box and the site was not maintained. The wild grass on the campsite made the surface uneven.
The table at our site was very dirty.
