The PCH was closed and we were unable to get to the campground. I tried to go online to cancel my reservation and they said it was to late. We had no idea the road was closed

Beautiful campsite but...I'm curious to know why the trash cans are not animal proof? It was disappointing to see trash on the ground in and around each trash site. I plan on coming back next year.

Beautiful, large trees and ample campsites. A short walk to Sand Dollar Beach, which you can enjoy with your dog on leash. Chemical toilets were clean and water spigots were fairly close to each campsite. Don't count on cell service, although sometimes text and email message came through.
