Usually a very nice place. Depends on your neighbors, over which you have NO control.

Great little camp ground about an hour from Yosemite and 5 minutes from the time in lakes. We had a beat walk through the campground every night and lots of deer and chipmunks!

BEAUTIFUL campground! So peaceful and quiet! Walking distance to the creek that had plenty of water to play, explore, and cool off in. Bathrooms were clean and everything was well maintained and clean. Roads are a bit bumpy for skateboarding and scooters, but riding bikes on the road and dirt paths was fun. Watch out for chipmunks!! They will invade your trash! We would definitely come again.
Tip: make note on your reservation when you print it out which loop you are in. The reservation does not list it for you. Just saves you the trouble of going to both to locate your spot.

Beautiful, spacious campsites. Deer walking through the grounds, pretty drive in, and serene landscape make this a place we'd love to visit again. Great home base for exploring the eastern portion of Yosemite.

I reserved a spot inline for 1 night as that is all the website would allow me to do. The site said that additional days for that site were FF (first come/first serve) so I believed that would not be an issue since it could not be reserved online and since I would already be there it would be easy to get the additional nights that I wanted. To my surprise when I arrived someone else had reserved the additional nights. I spoke with the camp hosts, which were very nice, and they informed me that others had the same issue and apparently the website had been changed without our knowledge which disrupted several folks plans. So needless to say I am not impressed with the online reservation system.
