This was my favorite campground on my recent fishing trip to the eastern sierras and northern CA. Sites are quite private. Beautiful little creek behind the campground with some nice fish. My cell signal came and went (T-Mobile). Camp host was very helpful.

The camp host Dan was great. He keeps the entire campground immaculate. Bathrooms were the best we've ever seen. Great job Dan.

Beautiful campsite, conveniently located near Buckeye Hot Spring (but has potable water unlike that site). Ground beneath tent sites was fairly hard, so have a hammer ready for your stakes.

This place is epic for full moons lighting up the moraine, campsite and mountains. You can feel the magic here!

We loved Honeymoon Flat! We stayed at site 10 and it was beautiful. Robinson Creek was right behind us and my stepdaughter caught a 3 lb trout on the first night. The site host was wonderful too and happy to answer any questions we had. The only downside was that it was extremely windy at night, but there's not really anything that can be done about that. We will definitely be staying at Honeymoon flat again and would absolutely recommend it to friends!
