First of all, it was a nice camp ground. I have issues with how the campground host conducted business. I found the camp site online and reserved it ONLINE. When I arrived my name was not on the camp site post stating that it was reserved. I had no idea if I was in the correct campground so I contacted the closest host. She said that is was my spot, and to go ahead and set up. The reserve tag was for someone else had showed that it was reserved for multiple weeks not a few days. I spoke to the neighbors to make sure that someone wasn't coming back. They told me that the host leaves incorrect names and dates to keep people that are walk ups from requesting that camp site. She wants to leave them vacant in the event one of her friends or family members want to pop in and use the spot. I was fortunate that I reserved online rather than what I usually do,,, and that is look for a spot while checking out the lake. The next day I said something to her and she told me that if I didn't like it to leave. So I did (I l left early) and I will not be returning to Lower Twin Lakes. She needs to be pulled from the list of acceptable campground host.

Always enjoying our trips to Lower Twin, just sorry it's so hard to get reservations. We have 20-30 people every year and it's really hard to get enough site
