What Guests Are Saying
Convict Lake Campground offers a stunning location with beautiful views, clean facilities, and friendly hosts, making it an ideal spot for both short stopovers and extended stays. The campground is well-maintained, with daily bathroom cleaning and convenient amenities like firewood sales and a nearby store. However, many sites lack shade and privacy, and bear encounters can be an issue, particularly for campers with food safety concerns. Overall, visitors appreciate the serene environment and recreational opportunities available in this picturesque area.

Absolutely beautiful. We had deer walking around the campsites when we pulled in. The kids loved that. The views of the mountains are incredible and access to Convict creek is easy. The campsite host helped us out with staying at the site we were in the first night since we had to get different sites for our two night stay since there were no sites available for both nights. When we arrived, there were plenty of first come first served sites and the host was able to get us a site we could be at both nights. Great time, great fishing. We will be back.

Very cute little campground. Lake is awesome. Can definitely see other folks from the sites. Bathrooms in decent shape. Don’t forget to use a bear canister.

Dennis the camp host is absolutely outstanding. The campsites are clean and everything is in great working order. He pays attention to everyone in the campground and poor behavior is not tolerated
