Booked a campsite for May but had to cancel within 4 months of arrival. BEWARE: They charge a $25 cancellation fee no matter when you cancel. The lady on the front desk phone sounds like a very petty, immature woman who lacks customer service skills.

This place.was great! Friendly hosts, convenient location with free busses to get you to the mountain. The o ly problem was the absolutely disgusting hot tub with gross things floating in the water.

Stayed two nights and arrived right before a nice sized storm with a total of 29” in 72hrs. Shore power is all we need for our trailer and it worked perfectly the entire time. They can get backed up with plowing at times so they may not be completely ready for you at check in time. They plow every evening so although there was a lot of snow we were able to get out no problem. Bring a shovel of course to help clean a path around your rig. This was our second stay here and will definitely be coming back!

It’s not as bougie as the price tag, and no one is even at the office so your service will be nonexistent. They want you to make all your reservations online and even then they won’t be there to assist for check in. The showers and laundry rooms were not clean it looked a really down place, especially for the cost.

Good luck getting a reservation. It's a popular park. The staff is friendly, the location is good, if you can get a spot away from the road. Easy access to trails. Showers a bit messy. The price is a little on the high side, but it's a resort town.
