Dogwood Campground is consistently praised for its cleanliness, beautiful natural surroundings, and well-maintained facilities, including flush toilets and hot showers. Campers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the serene and private atmosphere provided by spacious campsites nestled among trees. While some visitors noted minor inconveniences, such as the price increase for firewood and challenges with tent placement, the overall experience remains highly rated, making it a popular choice for families and repeat visitors.

We went to Dogwood as our first family camping trip. It was a good experience for us. We stayed at site 77 and it was a beautiful site and close enough to bathrooms.

Campsite is VERY un-level, not obvious from the photos, which must be older. Drop off from where RV was located to where table and fire pit are located is substantial and dangerous. This rating is a reflection of the site-specific problem, not the amenities or the campground or the hosts in general, which are all excellent.

Dogwood Campground is absolutely beautiful. The campsites are unique and plenty of room between you and your neighbors. Even though you are in the middle of no where... you are close to the hwy and it backs to a high school, which you can hear. The hiking trails are amazing, bathrooms are clean, it's close to a convenience store. We had a great experience.

Love it a Dogwood. Found it last year and loved it was only 2 1/2 hrs. Away in traffic. Spaces are great size and barriers of trees between each space.

We had a fantastic stay at Dogwood. Clean spot, friendly hosts, they even hung Yellowjacket traps, as mentioned in recent reviews. No more present. We stayed in spot 85, which was shaded all around, and one of the most level spaces there. Electric!!
Thank you Dogwood Team for an excellent experience
