Dogwood provides large spaces for camping, with lots of vegetation for privacy in many spots. The bathrooms are clean, and camp hosts are readily available. Our site #75 could have been graded better, as it was on a slope, but nevertheless, we enjoyed our time. Also, the trash cans could be more conveniently placed.

We love the woodsy feel of this campground. Every site is nestled into the trees and provided good distance from other campers and great all day shade.
We stayed at site 77, which has a bit of a decline in the parking area and on the open camp areas where tents would go. We stayed during heavy rain and many of the sites had some pretty severe run-off. Keep the incline and decline in mind when picking your site.
The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and the campground staff was helpful and kind.
Some other things to keep in mind:
- This is not an exceptionally quiet campground. It’s on a flight path, near a highway, and the local high school. The clean-up that’s ongoing around the campground includes gas leaf blowers. The leaf blowers ran for hours.
- High school cross country teams train on the roads. We had quite a bit of noisy kiddos and coaches running through the campground for two days.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we’ll visit again.

The campground is beautiful! Quiet and very well maintained. Shower with hot water are free! It is 15 minutes for Lake Arrowhead Village. I will be back soon.

This campground is very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were continuously cleaned up. The showers were also neat and clean, however, I did notice they have 4 showers and when we arrived all were opened, but the following day the camp host locked them up leaving only 2 open, bummer.
We stayed at site 51, it was lovely.
