Camp host was very helpful and we had a great time. Looking forward to booking another reservation soon.

I stayed at site 11, which was at the back of the campground. It had a lot of flat space and it wasn’t too close to any other campsites. There was a water spigot right next to my campsite, which was very convenient. This campground is small, clean, and in my experience, it was very quiet. The bathroom was a small old building, but it was clean and had no odor. There were flush toilets and the sink had soap. The sink water was extremely cold when I was there, and there were no paper towels. The campground host sold firewood for $10. She also came around to meet all of the campers and to make sure that we were checked in. Each site had a bear box, however, the only animals we saw at our site were squirrels and red ants.

Great place to camp. Beautiful and clean. Lots of hiking trails. Small lake near by. Big Bear about 30-40 minutes away. Cute small town.

This campsite far exceeded my expectations. The campsites were extremely well maintained, as were the bathrooms and facilities nearby. Each group of campsites had its own bathroom and water faucets which was very convenient. The site itself was very spacious. Even the food lockers were super clean.
The hosts were very helpful and put a lot of intention behind keeping the grounds in great shape. I've never seen such diligent and kind hosts at any other campsite.
The hike that is accessible through the camp was the best part of my stay-- a great view at the top! I was able to see plenty of stars at night. There is a breeze that goes over the camp that has a very soothing sound. Overall this is a great option for a nearby camping trip if you are looking to get out of LA.

Nice camp hosts who kept the place quiet and clean all the time....emphasis on quiet especially during quiet hours.

We enjoyed Green Valley Campground. It was quiet and peaceful. We had a nice campsite and the bathroom was relatively clean. No showers. But it was not necessary for us since we only stayed on night. We slept in our small van and sat outside by the fire. You drive thru a small town on the way so you can pick some stuff up if you need it (we got ice). The camp host was helpful. No cell service really, but it was good since we wanted to unplug. I would recommend.

Lots of places for the kids to wander and hike. The lake was not open on weekdays so we did t get to swim.

Lots of "reserved" but vacant spots. No good hiking trails. Confusing dual enterances.
