Very pretty. We discovered we got the exact campsite that we had when our kids were young so that brought back many memories. Very quiet. Simply put. Beautiful and romantic

My campsite was on the uphill loop, so the site was a bit sloped, but provided for great privacy. Great woodsy campground, with a fantastic camp host.

It’s right next to Snow Summit and not far from the alpine slide so this is a great place for families with small children. The spaces are large and has lots of shade throughout the day. The downside to this is that the trees greatly obscure the night sky. This is not the best place to go if you are interested in star gazing. The lake is nearby but if you have paddle boards or a kayak, you’re probably best just renting from a shop anyway. You’ll need to get your water toys approved so as to protect the ecosystem. Fire wood is available, if you reserved the site, a ranger will come to you and he was very kind to bring wood (after I’ve paid) with his truck from the camp host. The bathrooms are kept very clean but there’s only one stall and one sink in each. I do appreciate that the stall is separate from the sink and the main doors never close. This keeps people from using up the restroom to wash their face or brush their teeth for an hour while the rest of us are dying to use the restroom.

Great location close to stores and short drive to village, but feel like you are far away from it all. Fairly shady, large spots. Camp host was very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean!

OK, I pulled in and there was a generator running in an adjacent camp and kids playing ball in my site. There was also a wasp nest under my bear box, so I couldn't put anything in it without the fear of upsetting them. But, after setting my tent, I went into town for dinner, and came back at 800 pm. It was totally quiet! So I was happy. All night was quiet except for the coyotes and I even saw shooting stars. As usual, if you are up early enough you can enjoy nature, my main goal, before the activity begins. This is a campsite for recreation, mountain biking being most popular since they have trails (which I walked solo early in the morning) and ski lifts for bikes. The camp host was really nice and although I could not use the bear box, he tried to get rid of the wasps, and had, by the time I left. He kept things clean. There were nice flush toilets, sink (with soap!) and running water, and spigots. If you are coming to play, it's good, even 5 stars. If you are coming for nature, try to get the sites near #19, but better, go camp in the dispersed camping areas like out at 2N10. Much more solitude!

Quiet campground, each site has plenty of room. Easy to find, close to Snow Summit which means close to town and lake. Camp host Seann was very helpful and friendly.

The campground itself was great. Well kept, and the bathrooms (flush toilets) were very clean. The camp host, Sean, was very friendly. I didn’t hear any music playing from within the actual regular campground, which is a huge plus, because I absolutely hate when other campers play their music and ruin other people’s quiet camping experiences. However, there is either a group spot or another private camp site nearby, and they BLASTED music most of the day and we’ll into the night, and no one stopped them. And I truly mean BLASTED. It was insanely loud. I could hear it through my ear plugs. It completely ruined our experience, and we left early. I couldn’t find the camp host on our way out to ask if that’s a frequent issue. I’m not sure if we’ll return here. Some of the sites are great, but would not be worth it with that music.

What a great campground! Easy access to mountain biking and hiking trails, quiet in the evenings, lovely shade provided by trees, and fantastic staff who, if you catch them in the right mood, might just show you a few camp-side magic tricks!! Super good stay; can't wait to come back.
