Nice campground in the forest. The sites are not very level and close to each other.

My reservation was a basic one site including two car reservation. The host insisted I pay for the second car cash, and would not honor my receipt from rec.gov. He didn’t same to all sites.

The site I was at (12) was next to the camp host (11) and a group site. The group site threw a very loud party with huge speakers and all until almost 1am. Camp host was site next to theirs and did not intervene. I have been camping more times than I can count and have never encountered a site such as this.

Small, quiet, restful campground near Yosemite NP. Sites were well-spaced and orderly, and each had a table, fire ring and bear-proof storage container.

My only minor complaint was that the vault toilet restrooms were on the other end of the campground, and I couldn't walk directly to them without passing through other campsites, so I had to walk the entire camp road to access them from the opposite side.

A very minor complaint, though; otherwise, this was an excellent campground. I'm surprised it wasn't much larger, as it seems like there's plenty of space, and given its proximity to Yosemite, I'd find it hard to believe it wouldn't be in high demand. I highly recommend this campground!

This site does not allow a change on the preset 5 stars! This campground is a one star . There is no foliage , barren sites await you. It is this very hot in the afternoon. Barely off the road it resembles a war zone. I do not recommend it. We went to dispersed camping and did well instead.

The weekend we went was the first week back to school in California so the campground was empty which was great because we tend to like more private, quiet camping. It was really nice that we were so close to Yosemite National Park so we were able to spend lots of time in the park without actually camping in it. The sites were clean, the host was very nice and friendly. There is a trail in the campground but we didn't get a chance to explore it too much. Dog friendly!

The camp site and especially the bathrooms are full of flys. Also yellow jackets are all around the water stations making it hard to use it.

Quiet. Well maintained. Clean. Great place for a firepit at night. Really nice small campground! East access to Yosemite; 20 minutes to the park gate.
