Thanks to Randy he's the Best camphost we've had here in awhile. Aside from that. I've been to campgrounds managed by this company and the pit toilets are the fullest I've ever seen in all my years of camping. The worst. And people throw trash in pit toilets. This company should put signs up at the restroom Boards so MAYBE people would follow rules. Like not throwing trash in pit toilets. How can they even get pumped out? Their disgusting. This company is doing the same at other campgrounds too. It's NOT the camphost fault.

Had a great time. But a few of the site in loop B have a lot of overgrown areas that scrape sides of rv and truck. This could use a little trimming. The host was very kind and helpful.

Wonderful location. Sites are very sandy so a little difficult to keep tent grounded. Very windy certain times of day. Military jets do come through regularly on some days. Lots of hiking trails right near by with easy access. River is fantastic and perfect for tubing and fishing. Note there is no WiFi/cell service. McNally’s is within walking distance and they have a small store for ice, beer, etc. Steak house is highly rated but only open limited days. They also have a hamburger shack that is wonderful. There is very little shade to none on most of the river edge sites so a pop up shade is necessary for comfort. No showers, and there are vault toilets. Potable water spouts with easy access from the sites. Highly recommend.

Camp host wasn’t doing his job. Restrooms were constantly running out of toilet papers. He did not refill toilet paper twice a day (morning & late afternoon) like he should. The constant fear of no toilet paper was a real struggle.

It was a nice spot space 21 has no shade what’s so ever so luckily we got to change our space but the host Randy was very rude to us during check in . There was no email about a fire ban when we went but luckily we had our propane stove . Very nice close to river the most we saw were lizards no bears deers or snakes
