Many visitors appreciate the clean facilities, good host, and the ample space for camping, with shaded areas and scenic views. Great as always. New camp host was great! Sites could be updated, upgraded, privacy added by moving a few rocks. Overall great swimming hole, nice little tubing run, and my son caught 22" Rainbow.

We arrived on Sunday before Memorial Day.
After Monday we were the only campers in the whole campground! Most sites are not shaded-bring shelter-
This is an amazing campground- close to the river and exploring in either direction.

The campground itself and the site is not that spacious, but what lacks in space makes up for the beauty surrounding it.
Anywhere you pitch your tent you'll have a window of a beautiful backdrop of mountains and boulders.
Our camp, camp 18 is directly across the river so you can hear the relaxing water sounds all day all night.
It's also very close to town, so if you've forgotten something, convenience stores and great places to eat and drink are are reasonable drive away.

The grounds are clean and the vault toilets, well they are what they are and are kept reasonably clean.
Definitely recommend Gold Ledge. It could potentially be the best one in the string of campgrounds in the area.
