What Guests Are Saying
Oh Ridge Campground offers a stunning location with beautiful lake access and spacious, clean campsites, making it a favorite for families and returning visitors. Despite some issues with restroom accessibility and a lack of showers, most guests appreciate the friendly staff and the well-maintained facilities. While there are concerns about parking fees and campground maintenance, the overall atmosphere and scenic views make it a desirable camping destination.

We love Oh Ridge. There are many great sites in the campground. Everything is clean, maintained and the campers are well behaved. Clean bathrooms, sites and you’re at June Lake!

Clean, quiet, and loved having access to the lake and the town of June lake. The hosts were really great too, taking care of any issues (offleash dogs in our site)-and having clean restrooms.

It's a busy campground but, because the hosts regularly update vacancies, we were able to move our original site to a great lake view site. 5 stars to the hosts, rec.gov's user-friendly website and June Lakes amazing general store.

This campground has great proximity to the water with access, drinking water, and dump station on site. I will say though the spots were way closer together than I thought (definitely RV park vibes in terms or proximity), most forest service campground we have stayed at are spacious and relatively private, but not this one. Our spot had lake views which was a huge plus! We would probably come back and stay here again if other campgrounds around were already booked.

What a great campground! This campground sits just above beautiful June Lake. The sites are equipped with fire ring and bear box. There is a really nice, really clean restroom in each loop. The campground hosts are friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. Hiking opportunities are abundant, we did Parker Lake (beautiful) and June Lake Loop with Gull Lake. There was a pair of eagles hunting the lake which was a big thrill for us. A great site to consider if you are heading to the area.
