What Guests Are Saying
Oh Ridge Campground offers a stunning location with beautiful lake access and spacious, clean campsites, making it a favorite for families and returning visitors. Despite some issues with restroom accessibility and a lack of showers, most guests appreciate the friendly staff and the well-maintained facilities. While there are concerns about parking fees and campground maintenance, the overall atmosphere and scenic views make it a desirable camping destination.

We had went to June Lake in August the prior year and didn't think going in June would be too much of a weather difference...we were wrong. First night we were there we had massive wind storms and it was a freezing cold wake up. Second night wasn't nearly as bad and with the fire going and some beers we were having fun. Our camp site itself was perfect, barrier was very handy and it was out of the way from other sites.

The wife and I loved this campground. We were on campsite number 90 and we only had one person beside us. We woke up to beautiful views of the mountains. When we arrived the campsite was immaculate. The tables were clean and the grill to cook had been cleaned as well. I asked the camp host if this was a regular expectation and he said that they always try to clean the grills and the tables in between camp guests. I was pleasantly shocked with his news. I'm used to going to campgrounds where you assume that the tables are going to be dirty so you're careful what you set down on them. The restrooms were clean. I did not see any showers so I was lucky that I brought a portable shower with me. Besides that we had a blast so thank you very much for the experience!

Easy to find. Quite big. Big pitches- mostly RVs. But space behind the hard standing to put small and medium sized tents. Really good location as right near a lake beach. Has shaded table and bench for each pitch plus fire pit and bear locker. Toilets were good. No showers as stated in their write up.

We had a beautiful lake view #28, however the only 2 disappointments were, no dumping, I hear the facility was down since April 2022 so we had to drive to another facility to dump on our way home, and the dirt was like a fine dust, add some wind and it was hard to eat our sit outside... but hey, we were camping!! All in all.. it was a good time.

We camp here every summer and love it! There is so much to do! We spend most of our time hiking, mountain biking and kayaking...but there are so many more fun things to do too!

Great. Site 43 had a good view of the lake. Near restrooms but not too close. Keep your tents zipped up or you’ll have a squirrel/chipmunk snuggle with you!

Wonderful scenery with small trees, flush toilets with light and sinks. Awesome June Lake with gravel Beach within an 8min walk but one can also drive by car.
The adjacent lodge doesn't offer coffee, but you can get one from the nearby station at Hwy 395 (5min drive one way)

Awesome campground near June Lake. The Coyote Loop is about a 5-10min walk to the beach, where dogs are welcome in a leash!
Campground was clean, super friendly hosts, but not much shade if you need that. Our 30ft RV did well and we really enjoyed site 91. Note the spots are close together, and are not private at all.
