The location is great. Plenty of room to spread out. The ground was in good condition for tents. The campground is well maintained site. I highly recommend this campground for groups.

We loved our time at the Lost Creek Group Campground. It was clean and we had tons of space for the kids to run around and explore.

I visited with a high school group the week before Labor Day. The restrooms were clean and water and trash were close to our site. Only one other group was staying here at the time, and we rarely saw them. The spots were large enough for our group of twenty. The only down side was the decent amount of yellow jackets or meat bees that surrounded us when we cooked, but that is the outdoors. Overall, Lost Creek Group was exactly what we needed, and we had a very good time hiking and swimming throughout the park.

{"text"=>"Traveling back home in Southern Oregon, we made a special trip to drive through Lassen Volcanic National Park. It was sad to see how much the 2021 Dixie fire took out. Large areas are still recovering and I can only imagine that in its restored state, it would be beautiful. We only had time to drive through the park and check out a few scenic spots. I really appreciated that each pullout/attraction is numbered, making it easy to follow along on the map. Unfortunately, the Government shutdown was going on when we visited and we couldn’t visit any of the visitor centers. We would like to come back and do some of the hikes deeper into the park to get the full experience.", "languageCode"=>"en"}
