Horrible experience. We have booked here before and had a lovely time which is why we decided to come back. But I will never return! The electricity all over the park was not working and no one lets you know until you ask for a code to the locks. The sewer dump wasn’t working, toilets were closed and so were the showers. The porta potties offered were gross! I tried to keep my generator on over night because I had over $300 of food and my daughters milk in my fridge and wasn’t allowed to even though it’s their fault there is no electricity! It was over 108 degrees and that didn’t matter to them since we had already paid. We packed up at 5am the next morning and left the park. Unfortunately all my food went to waste, I had to go to my closes gas station to buy milk since mine went bad and to top it all off the lady at the window was just rude wen ever you went to ask questions. The only nice person who informed us that they have had these issues for a while and tried to find me another spot with electricity was Sylvia Guerrero - the lead park ranger. Unfortunately no sports were available so she advised if to leave before check out so we can then fight a refund because ofcourse they want to keep my money even though they had nothing to offer. No electricity, no generators allowed. No dump station, showers and toilets were closed. Porta potties were disgusting! They don’t allow noise after 10pm and they come around once checking because at 12-2am some people on a tent at campsite maybe 52 were being soo loud I had to yell to please keep it down that my baby was asleep.
It was horrible and I will not be coming back, neither will my family. We have referred this place to many friends and people we come across but we no longer will

We came in on the same day that an email went out that stated no clean out open. no showers open. no toilets open . only out houses. since no service or wifi in campground we did not receive the email. I should be refunded we needed all of the services that were not available

Nice campground. Weird hookups…. Water on one side and far away, with electric service on the other side. Lots of small stinging ants that became an issue and forced us inside.
