You could add those comments as:
The campground and restroom facilities were very good and well maintained. One concern was that the camp hosts were not readily available, making it difficult to determine who was registered to be camping in the area or to seek assistance when needed. Additionally, there was no cell phone reception, which made communication difficult, especially in the event of an emergency.
I would also recommend posting signage at the water stations indicating that dishes should not be washed there so the water remains available and sanitary for all campers. A shower facility would be a welcome addition, particularly for families and campers staying multiple nights. Finally, adding a trash or waste container in a central location within the campground would improve convenience and help keep the area clean.

We enjoyed our camp. We stayed at site 14. It was pretty small but we managed to just fit our 10 person tent and a folding table. It is up two sets of stairs so be wary you’ll have to lug everything up to the site and it’s pretty close to the neighboring sites. It includes its own water spigot, fire ring with removable grille, separate bbq and a broken picnic table. We had deer visit us in the mornings and evenings to graze, they got so close! The closest bathroom didn’t have a sink just FYI and at one point ran out of toilet paper. There’s a small path near the site that goes down to the lake to give a nice view, not large enough to brings chairs or anything, just a viewpoint. The camp and lake were pretty quiet, even for Memorial Day weekend. I never saw more than 3 people on the lake at a time.

The location is a gem all by itself giving an experience of feeling deep in the woods while still right off an easily accessible road. On top of that, the camp was clean, quiet, and felt very secluded given the few campsites against a giant lake to explore. The camp guide was super friendly and helpful.

We saw the campsite and left. We knew the tent site itself was small. What we didn't know was that the camp site is perched on a hillside, up about 20 feet of steps. The bathroom was down the road a bit. And views of the reservoir were limited and it wasn't clear there was any access to the reservoir nearby. We went up the road to Ackerman campground and found a much better site. The glamping experience might be different, but I wouldn't recommend tent camping here.

We've stayed at Mary Smith Campground multiple times.
Bring a hammock, bring your kayak or SUP, bring your dog!, and enjoy the peace.
We also talked with the camp hosts. Very friendly and responsible younger couple. The facilities were in great shape.

From Weaverville: Take Highway 3 north for 7 miles. Turn right on Rush Creek Road for 9 miles. Turn left on Trinity Dam Blvd for 3/4 mile. Turn right on Lewiston Vista/Mary Smith exit. Campground is 1/4 mile from exit on County Road 105, 2 miles north of Lewiston.
Mary Smith Campground is accessible via Highway 3, which connects to Weaverville approximately 7 miles to the south. The campground is situated about 25 miles from Redding, where Interstate 5 can be accessed.

- This is a tent only campground; no trailers are allowed
- There is a $12 day use fee charge at both Pine Cove and Fairview boat ramps
- Extra vehicle fee is $12 per night
- Lewiston Lake offers annual boat launch passes

- Dogs are not allowed in the Glamping units, but can be in a kennel on the porch.
- This campground has smaller tent sites which approximately will only allow 1-2 3 person tents.
- Inside Glamping Tents: over-sized queen beds with feather down comforters and pillows (linen service provided), two bed-side nightstands, over-sized rugs and a boot bench. The occupancy inside the unit is 3, but you can put up a tent to allow for additional camping space.
