first time camping at paradise and had a great time! reserved a spot for a thursday and had no issues snagging a first come first serve spot until sunday. stephanie, the camp host does an excellent job maintaining the grounds and the bathrooms are pretty clean. there isn’t a camp store on the grounds, so make sure you’re stocked with everything you need. we had to make a trip down the hill to grab more ice the second day, but it only took about 15-20 min drive to get to the nearest store. would definitely stay here again!

Camp sites sit in a large circle in a grove of old oak trees. Flush toilets were clean; no bathroom sinks. Some sites are a little close to each other.

I love this campground. Small (15 sites) beautiful campground with a host and amazing surroundings. Depending on the time of the year, it can be a very quiet and intimate camping experience or a family free for all. Not far from hiking, boating and sightseeing. Close enough to home for a quick getaway but far enough from home to feel like a vacation. I’ll DEFINITELY be back!
