Well appointed site, lots of space. However quite a lot of traffic noise from the highway and my particular site had no shade.

campsite was fine but some issues with a bear...he was unafraid of humans and came in to camp and sat picnic table to eat with people sitting at the same table....it took another camper to spray Bear Spray to drive the bear up a tree. That bear will be a problem soon and may need to be relocated.
Also the shower would be better if there was hot water available.

Site 54 was great. It was a double so there was plenty of space. Max was 12 people but could definitely fit more. Location is central so not too far from the restrooms. Bathrooms and showers were clean. Water spigot infront of the site. surrounded by big trees so shade comes in the evening. You do have neighbors on the left, right and back but the site was so spacious that it was fine.

{"text"=>"Came to Camp Richardson for a fun winter vacation in early January 2025. We stayed in their hotel, which is within walking distance of the beach(which is within the property). Location overall is just a few minutes from town, which was convenient. While we were there we got hit with a winter storm, since the room access is from indoors (from within the hotel itself), it was nice not to track in snow with our shoes when we came back from our ventures. There's free parking on the property for guests, when you check in they give you a parking pass for your vehicle. The room we stayed in was a cute 1 bed 1 bath (bonus points for having a full length mirror by the bathroom). It was perfect for us since we were mainly exploring and out in town for the majority of our stay. Would definitely be back.", "languageCode"=>"en"}
