It was an excellent stay. lots of fun, hope to do it again. Had a great time, and all the Host were very helpful. The Host near us was super knowledgeable about the Bears what to do if you encounter them and we did encounter some so it came in very handy. I believe his name was Cody and was super friendly, he had a frisbee golf setup at his site. We hope to come back again next summer. Thanks for all the memories

Campsite was pretty close to the bike trail so it was a busy path but the campsites are far from each other which was a plus. A bear visited so make sure to have bear proof coolers and use the bear proof containers provided.

If you disconnect your tow vehicle prior to entering because of the dangerous road leading to campground. They will charge you an additional $9.00 per day. if you tell them that you just disconnected they will call you a lair. Then they showed up at our campsite everyday to check our additional parking pass to see if we had paid for that day. They have a couple of workers that treated us very badly after the first encounter. The vehicle not being attached is a very bad policy as it created a very unpleasant camping experience for us and our grandchildren witnessing workers calling us lairs.

I loved this campground so much. We stayed on site 043 on June 25 and 26 only for 2 nights because that's what was available, and I see why. Our site was perfect, right in the middle of the campground. I felt more comfortable and safer because we were staying in a tent. We got to see a bear on the second night and in the morning before leaving we saw another bear; it was an amazing experience for me and my family. There's a lake really close the "Fallen leaf lake", so beautiful, and the staff was really nice and helpful since we got there. We would love to come back there in the future!
