Most campsites are on a hill so they're not level and sloped be prepared to have to have more than a normal effort and equipment to level out your trailer. Beautiful scenery resort is really nice, but there is really nobody to help at the campsite. No campsite host also the site says they are usually sold out but most the time half the campground is full. I would go back but would be better prepared for unlevel spots. Also very limited full hook up mostly water and electric and if you do get a full hook up you may have to pull your in the opposite way therefore, if you do have a full hook up, you can't take advantage of it because you're running uphill. Overall, I would go back, but I would be better prepared.

The location was perfect for doing lots of activities. Our weather could not have been better. The staff keeping the camp clean did an excellent job.

It’s a very well located campground. WiFi and hook ups were good.
The proximity to the street made it a bit noisy.
Otherwise, great bike trails, beaches, and close to lots of activities. Would stay again.

Driveway was steep. Campers are side by side very close. We didn’t stay

I've been coming to Camp Richardson for many many years. I have so many good memories here that I will cherish forever. Generations of my family have come here. The views at Lake Tahoe are spectacular and the beaches are beautiful. Lots of things to do here. I highly recommend that you see Emerald Bay, enjoy your camping trip, and don't forget your bicycle!
