This is our 13th year at William Kent over the 4th. Judy, Rich, Linda and her husband were excellent, attentive hosts. You can’t get a better spot close to the lake.

Very clean place to stay. All the arrangements are good. Our small family - my wife and 2 sons were very comfortable with small hut. We did camp fire out and also made nice dinner near camp-fire.

Unfortunately we only spent one night as we were passing through. It was really clean and the camp hosts were awesome, you can tell they love their jobs. We rode our bikes into town and did some shopping. The bike paths made this fun and safe. I will definatly camp here again. Hopefully for a longer stay next time.

We always love coming to Tahoe city. We have stayed at this campground before and had a great spot. Also it’s right across the street from a small beach and close to biking trails. But this time our spot was awful. We had to drive up the wrong way in order to access the spot, so you hope that someone’s not coming because it is very narrow and difficult to turn around and back up .we couldn’t even park our truck at our spot we had to park at the overflow even though our camper is only 23 feet with the pop outs. We would definitely camp there again, so we scoped out the good spots for next time. Lesson learned.

The male camp host was overbearing and rude. Very impolite

Site needed to be more leveled. Brought leveling blocks, but those were by far not enough. Restrooms were somewhat clean, no soap provided. T-Mobile Internet was poor - had to walk to the main street to get some coverage. Most importantly, they seem to have a local bear, which I only learned about after he grabbed the food of my neighbors, leveled their tent, and broke into their car. Apparently, it's the same bear basically living on the camp ground or near by and doing this all the time, but I only learned about by hearsay after the incident. Would have loved to be be let known when I checked in.
