What Guests Are Saying
Azalea Campground offers a beautiful natural setting with ample shaded and spacious sites, making it ideal for families and groups. Many campers enjoyed the proximity to trails, visitor centers, and stunning views of the surrounding giant sequoias. While some noted issues with bathroom cleanliness and site proximity, the overall experience was positive, with a strong desire to return for the peaceful atmosphere and convenient location between Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks.

We stayed at site 90, which was very exposed but gave us a lot of space. The grounds have nice bathrooms, a trail to Grants Grove, trees, a meadow and deer. Can’t go wrong.

I had 2 sites booked within walking distance of each other. Same thing with our neighbors. We were able to talk to Judy and made a swap so both families could be right next to each other. Great campground.!

Campground is beautiful. Large groups of people scavenging for wood, playing loud music, and running through others sites really detoured from the beauty of the park.
