Awesome campground mixed in the redwoods. Extremely close to the general grant tree, multiple hiking trails, and the visitor center which was very convenient.

You need to do a better job of vetting your camp hosts. I expected helpful and friendly but got controlling, arrogant, and condescending instead. It left a bad taste in my mouth.

From Fresno, CA, take Highway 180 East for 1 1/2 hours. Vehicles over 22 feet are not advised between Potwisha Campground and the Giant Forest Museum when entering through Sequoia National Park. Vehicles over 22 feet should use the Kings Canyon National Park Entrance.
Azalea Campground is accessible via Highway 180, which connects Fresno to Sequoia National Park and is approximately 25 miles away.
