Overall the campsite is beautiful. We had site #59, it was an island in between the camp roads, kinda cool.
The restrooms were dirty and sometimes were out of toilet paper. It sure if there is a camp host.

Generators, barking dogs, screaming children. What’s not to love? Neighbor’s tent was closer to my fire ring than mine was. No thanks.

Beautiful view around camping area, and easy to find out the campaign spot. Clean public restroom with running water. Highly recommended.

Site 45 was amazing! It was far away from other sites, and had a lot of room for the kids to play/explore. The only downside was it was far away from the bathroom.

Site 45 was amazing! It was far away from other sites, and had a lot of room for the kids to play/explore. The only downside was it was far away from the bathroom.

This campsite is great. There is room for 2 medium sized tents, plus another area for a potential third tent further in the back of the site. It’s not on the map, but there is actually a water spigot directly across the road from this site also.

From Fresno, CA, take Highway 180 East for 1 1/2 hours. Vehicles over 22 feet are not advised between Potwisha Campground and the Giant Forest Museum when entering through Sequoia National Park. Vehicles over 22 feet should use the Kings Canyon National Park Entrance.
Azalea Campground is accessible via Highway 180, which connects Fresno to Sequoia National Park and is approximately 25 miles away.
