What Guests Are Saying
Azalea Campground offers a beautiful natural setting with ample shaded and spacious sites, making it ideal for families and groups. Many campers enjoyed the proximity to trails, visitor centers, and stunning views of the surrounding giant sequoias. While some noted issues with bathroom cleanliness and site proximity, the overall experience was positive, with a strong desire to return for the peaceful atmosphere and convenient location between Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks.

It was clean, quiet, and surrounded by many trees, making tent camping a comfortable experience. It was a great place to relax. However, the only disappointment was the lack of electrical facilities for charging large batteries.

Great location to visit the beauty of Kings Canyon NP. Awesome that you can walk to see “General Grant” the 2nd largest tree in the world! Certainly had everything needed to have a great camping experience in.
