What Guests Are Saying
Sentinel Campground is well-maintained, clean, and set in a beautiful location near the river with ample hiking opportunities and great privacy between sites. Campers appreciate the friendly rangers and the peaceful atmosphere, especially in quieter months. While some facilities had minor issues, overall, guests enjoy a fantastic experience in nature.

Better campsites ofcourse, but these campgrounds are the best in Sequoia.

There were MULTIPLE late-night entrances. They were EXTREMELY noisy and inconsiderate of campers who were trying to sleep.

Bears are very active here. You will need to ward them off while your food is out. This is compounded by poor camper behaviour. Our neighbors stayed up late into the night drinking and left their food out so they had a bear visit and make a mess and lots of noise. When I was making breakfast I turned around d to find a bear 10 ft away from me that I had to scare off.

An amazing campground, friendly camp hosts, clean bathrooms and beautiful area. Our site was large and plenty shaded.
