What Guests Are Saying
Sentinel Campground offers a beautiful setting with spacious, shaded sites and proximity to the river, making it ideal for hiking and outdoor activities. Many visitors appreciate the serene atmosphere and the campground's access to nearby amenities, such as the store and ranger programs. However, the facilities, particularly the restrooms, are in disrepair and require maintenance, which detracts from the overall experience.

This campground had bears breaking car windows over multiple nights. Briefly saw one female ranger in the morning. Luckily another camper warned us.
The site lacked a flat area for tents and had very limited parking. The area is beautiful and worth the drive otherwise.

Nice, clean campground with friendly rangers. The sites are very close together and have zero privacy but that is to be expected in a busy national park.

The highlight of the trip was the programs by the interpretive guide rangers. The campfire talks and ranger hikes were informative and well presented.

It is an awesome place to hung out. Get rid of everything and focus on families and self.

Incredible camp site! Right by the river. There is the beautiful drive by the meadow close by. Also bathrooms at the campsite, which is nice. Rangers are incredibly helpful.

Clean bathrooms, easy check in and great location but it’s a big campground and sometimes the neighbors are noisy at night.
