The campground was clean and quiet. The site was good, and we liked the lake access. We were a little bummed when a relative came to visit on a full street legal dual sport motor cycle and was harassed by the camp host. We understand they don’t want OHV’s riding all over. But it was truly a downer when the camp hosts didn’t know the actual rules and treated our relative the way they did.

We had a great time. The hosts were helpful. Only thing was they would come clean the bathroom but not refill the toilet paper in the afternoon. The dumpsters were also full so there was nowhere to leave garbage, we ended up taking it home

Clean campground with pleasant staff onsite. Rocky, but fairly short walk to Stampede reservoir if on foot. Saw deer, eagles and chipmunks. Would camp here again.
