Logger Campground is highly praised for its beautiful scenery, cleanliness, and spacious sites, making it a popular destination for families and outdoor enthusiasts. Camp hosts are described as friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, some guests have noted issues with noise from generators and the need for better enforcement of campground rules, as well as a lack of essential facilities like a functioning dump station.

We come up every year during the first part of June to host a fishing event for Veterans and always have a great experience. Our camp hosts, Huk and Katie, bust their butts to make sure the sites are clean and prepped upon arrival and the facilities are well maintained. This year, due to staff shortages, they were working twice as hard covering an additional camp loop and extra time in the kiosk but they were fantastic.

Very nice quite and clean. Vault toilets are clean and hosts are very nice and friendly.
Lake is close, you can swim, boat and fish.
This is the second year we stay there.
Will be back next year.

It was more crowded than usually is; therefore we didn't see any deer.

We had a beautiful water facing site (#29). It took a little leveling. It was peaceful and beautiful the week after Memorial EXCEPT when people walked through our campsite multiple times a day. Perhaps, clearly marked paths at the side of lake facing campsites could be implemented.
No dump station available!! We were very disappointed to learn upon check- in (and only because we asked) that due to budget cuts, the dump station was not open. Over 240 sites and no dump station (contrary to what the website listed). Vault toilets were available but not well stocked with toilet paper and apparently weren’t cleaned after the holiday weekend or while we were there during the week.
The camp hosts are doing an admirable job with limited resources. I know they must be frustrated. I wonder what it will be like during the summer.
