Last minute reservation the night before. It was perfect, nice shaded campground. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at campsite 96, It was a great location and close to a lake access. Although, the lake was lower it only took a couple minutes to walk to a nice place close to our campsite. This spot also had a BBQ and a fire pit with a grill on top as well. This site was not too far from the bathroom. The only part I didn't like, there are no Bear lockers so you will have to put your food and stuff into your car. I will definitely stay here again, and I enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Nice campground near lake, clean. Friendly and helpful staff and host. Quiet except for some generator running in afternoon. Internet indication of location can be confusing. The mailing address near highway 80 is not the campground location.

Campground is well maintained. Sites are spaced nicely. On a crowded weekend overflow parking needs to managed a bit better.

It is a lovely campgrounds, well taken care of. There were some rude people that left after the second number got that didn’t obey the quiet from 10pm to 6am rule. But other than that it was an amazing time. The water is super low so none of the camps are close to the water. But if you are up for a hike it is not bad.

We were camping in space 57 right across from the camp host, named Jeff. He’s a really nice guy and our space was spotless. Spent four wonderful nights there. No noise, very low keyed and no noise!! We’re going back up to the same spot after Labor Day for five more days!

We arrived without reservations and the wonderful campground staff helped make our stay a fun and pleasant experience. The sites were clean, well maintained and marked with reservation tags so we were directed to one that had not yet been reserved. We then went on line and made reservations for the remaining time we wanted to stay. Easy. While in camp we made day trips to have lunch with friends in nearby Lake Tahoe and Reno. 45 minute drive to each. We also hiked around the camp loops putting in about 5 mi a day, which was very pleasant. Lots of wildlife with deer grazing in the meadows and osprey fishing the lake. We even spotted a bald eagle. The weekend was fully booked and we were concerned about noise, which was unfounded. The campsites were full, but the campers were considerate. The pit toilets were a nose holder, but that's to be expected. Overall a nice campground experience.
