What Guests Are Saying
Logger Campground is highly praised for its beautiful scenery, cleanliness, and spacious sites, making it a popular destination for families and outdoor enthusiasts. Camp hosts are described as friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, some guests have noted issues with noise from generators and the need for better enforcement of campground rules, as well as a lack of essential facilities like a functioning dump station.

Clean facilities (vault toilets are regularly cleaned so they didn't smell bad at all). Staff is very friendly. Many sites are quite big (we have a 12-person tent, so that matters for us). There are water spigots around the campgrounds but not at or next to every site, so we had to walk a bit (maybe 50 yards) to get water. The signage en route to the campground is not great - it exists but is so washed out and weathered, you cannot read the lettering; once at the campground, all is good. Overall we had a great experience and are planning to return next year. Can't wait!

Great camp! Quiet and clean with a lot of shade. The only big minus point for me is our camp position, it's right to the toilet. So, you’ve guessed it...

While our experience at Logger campground was great, one incident and the actions of a group of 60 campers turned it into a nightmare. Initially our campsite was turned into a dusty thoroughfare by the group to access the lake. After a Ranger attempted to restrict access by placing some boulders in the path, the Matriarch of the group threatened my girlfriend saying there was 60 of them and four of you and that they would make our stay miserable if we complained. Well we knew better than to complain and thought by doing so they would leave us alone. Apparently the Rangers decided to escalate their attempt to restrict access to the Lake on the Fourth of July. We had left our new fishing boat anchored in the cove while we went into town. As we returned we were told that our boat was sinking and almost lost. Luckily a couple of campers, not belonging to that group, were able to beach our boat and keep it from sinking completely. Someone had pulled the drain plug out of the boat.

OK campground. Lake is really low - summer 2021.

I wish dogs on leashes were more regulated. Some dogs are not friendly and it makes other campers un comfortable. Also I wish the dump station was open more

Very clean, up to the bathrooms. Pretty quiet, lots of families. Only downside was the reservoir was small but that’s not fault of the campground. Host was very friendly and helpful aa well
