Indian Cove Campground offers a beautiful setting surrounded by stunning rock formations, making it ideal for families and friends. Campsites are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with fire pits and picnic tables, with easy access to water nearby. While some sites are close together and noise from activities can be disruptive, many visitors appreciate the friendly atmosphere, great climbing opportunities, and breathtaking stargazing at night.

Great campsite! Exiting to experience a rainstorm in the desert. Really nice to be there off season. Had the place to ourselves, pretty much. So few folks there it was kinda creepy the first night. We took our tent down while we were gone for the day. A lot of wind during the storm and can not stake down in the hard pack, unable to find large rocks. We were able to use ropes to tie off on the table and firepit. Bring rope!! Loved being amongst the rocks. So great to wake up early pre-dawn and watch the light emerge on the rocks. Easy access to nearby stores and towns from this location.

61 is a great site offering plenty of privacy as it's set a bit apart from others, and adjacent to one of the many beautiful rock formations. Would love to use again in the future.

Site 59. Excellent afternoon shade in a protected cove. Restroom nearby but not so close that you catch a whiff. Set up a 4 person tent with plenty of room.

Though it was super hot our one night stay was magical!!!! We’ve never been to or seen any structures like the boulders of Joshua Tree(Indian Cove)! The stars were so breathtaking and it seems we picked the perfect, private site!!!

Maybe too hot for everyone camping there in August but had a wonderful night. Get there at four, enjoy a lovely meal, watch a movie, sleep and wake up and leave. A perfect solo last minute trip, and only 3 other campers in whole site

Quiet and well kept. Pit toilets were as clean as you could reasonably expect.

We were at Indian Cove Campground with a C-class Motorhome. The campsite was easy to find and pull in to. Everything was clean. Bathrooms were also relatively clean. We would recommend and will visit again.

The park was very clean. I was nervous about the composting toilets, I've only used them once and it was terrible. But here they were cleaner, the smell wasn't as overpowering, which is surprising from the heat.
