Clean site including two outhouses. Park service stopped by to check without interrupting. Rain storm before and there were few flat areas for tent that were out of the drainage. Great star gazing. Loud music nearby woke us up Saturday night, but didnβt last long. Overall a really great experience.

We love this campsite, sheeps pass is quite beautiful and the site is nice and well maintained, not to mention the bathrooms are nice and clean. Kudos to everyone responsible in keeping & maintaining JT National Park pristine and beautiful for many generations to come!

Campground was left clean and open with no signs of trash left anywhere. One of the first things we did was hike up to Ryan Mt. in which the trailhead is inside to the campsite - great place to stay if you want to conquer Ryan Mt. Overall, our neighbors were pleasant and the bathrooms were well kept so no complaints.

Our favorite campsite and we got site 2 which is now our new favorite. Kids loved climbing there and we had perfect weather before the storm hit, no wind at night. Canβt wait to come back!

Enjoyed our stay. Just wish we saw a park ranger at some point during our 3 night stay. We were in site #1 and the people in Site #5 did not respect the quiet time rules AT ALL!! In fact they started partying at 10pm and continued until 3am the first night. It was extremely hard to sleep especially when one particular woman laughed like a drunk hyena about every 2 minutes. Wish there was a camp host at this group site to enforce the rules-based on other reviews seems like this happens frequently. Bathrooms were clean. They didn't smell too bad if we closed the lid and kept the door propped open when not in use. Site 1 was great for our group. Plenty of room to spread out. Plenty of parking space. It was a busy holiday weekend so people were continually coming into the parking area and turning around.

We booked last minute on a Friday morning since all of the FCFS campgrounds were completely full. The sites are very large, very comfortably accommodated our group of 7 with 3 tents and 2 cars, could definitely fit a lot more. Loved that the other sites werenβt too close to each other so we got our peace and quiet. If you venture outside the site a bit there are lots of large rocks to climb, made for great pictures of the valley at sunset. The site is close to popular trails like Ryan Mountain and also some rock climbing spots. One of the best parts is the restrooms are EXTREMELY clean! We saw someone at least twice a day cleaning and checking them. I personally believe this is one of the best campgrounds in the park and we will definitely book again.

We often camp at Sheeps Pass site #2 or #1. Nice campsite, plenty of space, cool boulders for kids to climb on, two pit toilet restrooms with plenty of toilet paper and clean, easy trash disposal near site. We love it here and will come back. Have never seen any sheep, though.
