We had a great weekend at Acorn Campground and look forward to returning. We did not use the restrooms, but others that were camping with us did, and the report was less than great, but that can be improved upon.

Great campground. My particular spot was a little noisy but that’s because it was on the outside road side of the campground. Not much that can be done about that.

We had a wonderful family time, and the weather was perfect! The family hiked down by the water and around the campground.

Ranger told us we had to leave, even though we had paid for the reservation and campground was basically empty, then charged us $30 of $40 for cancellation fee. Still has not responded to our request for refund. No light in any women's shower, one of the doors won't stay open and no handle on inside if doir, I was very nearly trapped in there.
I would not go back if I had other options, and don't think that ranger has the people skills necessary to do that job
