Bathrooms do need some help. Women's shower is low pressure. Electric plugs don't work.
Wildlife is fun. Sunrises are beautiful.
Family of fresh water otters visited.

Campsite is on a slight angle and the lantern hook was positioned more at an inconvenient angle/location relative to the table and fire pit. All lantern hooks locations/angles seem to be random at each site. Clean bathrooms, but it doesn’t come with soap/towels so make sure to bring your own! Bathroom is well lit with automatic lights at night, though one of the stall doors of the women’s bathroom is broken. Has showers. Rangers are active at the campground even during the winter. Has dumpsters at the campground and water spigots for cleaning dishes. Lake is beautiful and is empty during the winter. I can imagine it gets busy during the summer, but for winter camping it’s not a bad spot. Wildlife is extremely active. There are lots of geese, deer, and various other birds. Don’t leave food out, they will take it. Geese were noisy at night so heads up if you are a light sleeper. I was able to get cell service. Overall not a bad campground for winter camping

There was no picnic table at our spot. The site was very unlevel. We tried to dump our motorhome on the way out and all the dump stations were closed. If something is not working it needs to be made clear prior to making a reservation. Very disappointing.

Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.

- Driveways may not be level; bring leveling equipment for RVs and trailers. RVs and trailers must face the direction of travel.
