We had #132 right on the hill over the lake. Beautiful site saw several deer, took our chairs down to the water. Ranger Eric was very helpful as were the 2 rangers inside office area. Really not a bad site there some were not as level as others but overall it was absolutely beautiful there and so peaceful!!

We love camping here but this time the bathrooms lacked maintenance. Usually early morning things would be cleaned and restocked but this time it wasn’t restocked until later.
The dry weeds were also extra tall when years in past they would be mowed. With the snakes it’s nice to have low mowed weeds so we can see what’s in there.

I loved that the rangers kept driving by, and the fire dept. Always scary when it’s super hot out and we r having fires at night!

Place is nice. Only thing I would like to see change is if camp host can put extra toilet paper in bathroom and have a little more water come out of the shower

Camp grounds were clean. Sites are a little close. Only negative on our trip was restroom issues. One of the urinals was clogged and filled with gross liquid.

Campsite #89 should be marked TENT ONLY! The sights area to park a trailer caused the bottom step to be 2 foot off the ground once leveled. I broke my right foot which has affected my life and future plans. Simple solution “tents only at #89

Overall a good experience. The lake is beautiful - definitely check out the ‘hidden’ trail that goes around the perimeter. Just walk along the shore at the southern most part of the campground and you’ll end up on it. Hidden gem! Lots of deer sightings as well as some more ‘private’ swimming spots
