This was the second time camping here and I loved it. Small area, river, trailhead. Very peaceful.

Stayed at Site 5 from Friday to Sunday. The site was next to the restrooms and very close to Site 4, but overall nice. There are other sites that are more scenic/closer to the creek, but the campsite is great for nearby hiking and lake access. This site also had no shade during the afternoon. Biggest issue was there was zero toilet paper in both restrooms and all trash cans were full for the whole weekend. Would recommend for a last minute camping trip!

I had Site 9 and enjoyed it. Shady and cool (early March) and right by the stream. Nice hiking up the nearby FS road.
